We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee for WORDaLIVE subscription and prepaid top-up time purchases.

Refund period

If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you can request a refund within 30 days of the order date.

How to request a refund

Email baehs@mmcnyc.org with the email address used at checkout and the approximate order date. We review every request and reply within 3 business days.

Cancelling a subscription

You can cancel a monthly plan at any time from your account billing page. Cancellation stops future renewals; your plan stays active until the end of the current paid period.

Processing

Approved refunds are issued through Stripe, our payment processor, back to the original payment method. Your bank or card issuer typically posts the funds within 5-10 business days.
